Helical piers are used in residential
and commercial applications. They are used
to solve a number of issues including buckled
or cracked walls, uneven floors, sinking
foundations or foundations in need of
stabilization. Helical piers can be used instead
of concrete footings for deck and
walkway construction.
Helical piers are galvanized, there is no rust or
rotting, unlike steel caissons, wood piles or
concrete footings. Each application of helical piers
is constructed to meet engineering specifications.
